Coronovirus update

Privacy Policy – We do not share customer details with any third parties.

Delivery Policy – We deliver all bouquets/bunches ourselves. Delivery currently is restricted to Thursday and Friday, cut off for ordering is Tuesday and Wednesday respectively by 3pm.

All deliveries are made AM and therefore please note that the recipient will have their flowers by lunchtime. On the occasion this is not possible we will contact the recipient to alert them of any delay.

Thursday deliveries are for West and South London postcodes.

Friday deliveries are for East and North London postcodes.

We are not able to offer redeliveries, the product is perishable and will not withstand being overly handled. Please make sure you make us aware of your preferred “leave in a safe space” at the checkout so that we know what to do if there is no one home.

We can not take responsibility for flowers stolen from your ‘Leave in a safe place” or if an alternative delivery notification is not given at checkout.

The image of flowers on the site is representative of the style and quality of our bunches, the image is also representative of the season and will therefore change throughout the year. We are not able to provide exact replicas of this image due to the constant changes to the supply of some flowers and of course the season.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check the delivery address they are sending to and whether they are able to accept flowers (hospitals, for example, don’t always allow flower deliveries). We do not accept any liability for incorrect address details leading to incorrect deliveries. We cannot deliver flowers with incomplete delivery addresses. We are not liable for any deliveries unable to be fulfilled due to forces beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, government lockdowns, mechanical breakdowns, road traffic accidents.

Refund/Cancellation

Customers need to cancel the order by 3pm on a Tuesday ahead of the weeks deliveries to receive a full refund. After this time we will of placed our order with suppliers.

If you are unhappy and feel the quality of your flowers are not right please provide photos of this in order to be eligible for a part or full refund.

Product availability

Our product is focussed on sourcing the best flowers that week, therefore this will change and evolve constantly.

We do not offer specific design or colour selections at this stage but will try where possible to accommodate our customers wishes.
